Salad: 5 Minute Recipes

In this 5 minute recipe, I will be showing you how to make a salad. Salads are healthy and easy to make and with the right ingredients they can be stomach filling as well.

Note: In this recipe, I have added a few other add-ons to give looks and taste to the salad. In a simple salad these are optional.

Healty Salad

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  1. 2 Leaves of Spinach (Chopped randomly)
    Note: This is optional
  2. 1 Lemon (Cut in half and squeezed)
  3. Cabbage (Chopped into fine pieces)
    Note: This is optional
  4. 3 Tomatoes (Chopped into cubes)
  5. 2 Carrots (Peeled and chopped into cubes)
  6. 1 Green Bell Pepper (Chopped into long pieces)
  7. 2 Cucumbers (Peeled and chopped into cubes)
  8. A slice of chicken salami (Heated and cut into thin squares)
    Note: This is optional
  9. Olive Oil
  10. Olives
  11. Chaat Masala
    Note: This is optional
  12. Salt
  13. Pepper
  14. Sugar
Ingredients

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and layer the cucumber and tomatoes at the bottom.
  2. Scatter the cabbage on top of the cucumbers and tomatoes.
  3. Throw in the carrot next and along the sides of the bowl place the chopped bell pepper. (Aesthetic Purposes)
  4. Throw in the spinach and the salami pieces randomly.
  5. Take a small separate bowl for the seasoning.
  6. Pour a little bit of olive oil into the bowl.
  7. Squeeze a bit of lime and tap some chaat masala along with some pepper.
  8. Add a pinch of salt and teaspoon of sugar and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Pour this over the salad.

Mix it with a salad server and serve it.
