Papaya Banana Smoothie: 5 Minute Recipes

Welcome back to 5 minute recipes!! Today we will make a simple milkshake. The ingredients are really easy to get your hands on and it can be a filling morning breakfast or an evening snack.

Ingredients: (Serves 3)

  1. Half a Papaya
  2. Two bananas
  3. Half a cup of yoghurt (Dahi)
    Note: This ingredient is optional
  4. 2 Glasses of Milk
  5. Sugar
  6. Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
    Note: This ingredient is optional
  7. Vanilla Essence
    Note: This ingredient is optional

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Scoop out the pulp of a papaya with the help of a spoon.
  2. Cut the banana’s into smaller blocks.
  3. Add the pulp and banana into a mixer along with the yoghurt and a teaspoon of sugar.
  4. Mix this for 30 seconds.
  5. Now add the milk and a few drops of vanilla essence and mix it again for another 30 seconds.
  6. Pour the milkshake into to cups and serve with a little bit of chocolate syrup on the top.

Enjoy this milkshake as an early morning breakfast or an evening snack.
