Method
Salad
- Cut the lettuce into large slices. (I wanted the lettuce to be big and leafy)
- Layer the lettuce at the bottom of a glass bowl. Keep some lettuce aside for decoration at the end.

- Cut the carrots in cubes and layer them on top of the lettuce

- Cut the tomatoes into cubes
- Cut the yellow bell pepper into cubes. Keep some aside for decoration at the end.
- Layer the tomatoes and bell pepper over the carrots.

- Cut the green bell pepper into cubes and layer it all over the tomatoes and yellow bell pepper.

- Layer the lettuce that was kept for decoration on top of the green bell pepper.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and scatter them over the lettuce.
- Scatter the yellow bell pepper over the lettuce.

Seasoning
- Take a small bowl and pour some olive oil into it.
- Squeeze half a lime and mix it well
- Add a teaspoon of sugar and stir it till it dissolves.
- Add a pinch of salt and tap some pepper powder into the mixture.
- Mix this all together and pour it over the salad.

Mix it well and serve. Pour some more olive oil at the end for looks!
